Abstract

|
A case of functioning pheochromocytoma arising in tte adrenal with marked hypertension, hyperglycemia and typerrnetabolism has been presented and the literatures reviewed. with the involved case, the results of pharmacologic test with Regitine, IVP, presacral Pneumogram and symptoms such as headache, palpitation, perspiration, pallor, blurred vision and dyspnea were strongly suggestive of pheochromocytoma, and postoperative pathological findings were also compatible with pheochromocytoma.
